Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Corporation of The Downtown Presbyterian Church of Nashville to be held in the Fellowship Hall of the Church on Sunday, February 25, 2018 following the 11:00 AM morning worship service for the purpose of (i) receiving the financial report of the Corporation, (ii) electing three (3) Directors to the class of 2020, and (iii) transacting such other business as may come before the meeting. All members of the church are likewise members of the Church corporation.
The congregation will meet at the same time and place to: receive the 2018 church budget and 2017 annual report; and transact such other business under the provisions of G-1.0503 of the Book of Order.
And — perhaps most importantly — a delicious lunch will be served! DPC will supply the main course (fried chicken or ham) and beverages. The rest of us will bring our favorite casserole, vegetable dish, salad, dessert, etc. Please bring your offering to Fellowship Hall before worship.
