On Sunday, September 24th, the members of The Downtown Presbyterian Church voted to approve the pastoral nominee presented by the Pastor Nominating Committee and approved the terms of call. A start date for the new pastor has been established. The congregation is profoundly grateful to the members of the Pastor Nominating Committee for their discernment and commitment to finding our next pastor.
Until DPC’s newly-called pastor has shared their decision with their current congregation, we are keeping the name and details about the individual confidential, including on social media. We look forward to being able to share the name of our new pastor with all who care for and are connected with the DPC community.
As DPC enters into this new and wonderful phase of life and leadership, we thank you all for your prayers and support. We hope you will join us in our enthusiasm for the future of our church and ministry together.
