This month’s Art Crawl had 3 activity options for you!
In the sanctuary, volunteers will be available for free tours of the sanctuary from 5-8 p.m. Downstairs, the Browsing Room Gallery presents the opening reception for Homiletical Artifacts, a new exhibit by artist Dana Jo Cooley. In the chapel, gospel music historian Tim Dillinger (God’s Music Is My Life | Tim Dillinger | Substack) will give a talk in partnership with the Nashville Gospel and Sacred Music Coalition. Mr. Dillinger will speak on the unsung voices of Gospel music, with special attention to the quartet tradition, which includes groups like the Coalition’s 2024 honorees the Fairfield Four and the 21st Century Singers.
Be sure to check out all that DPC has to offer. All activities are free and open to the public!
