As you may well remember, we spent considerable time discerning God-sized dreams to focus and inspire us as a congregation. Now, how to implement these two sweeping, gorgeous dreams?
The Project Thrive team is using an Objectives and Key Results or OKR planning system to help us step from dreaming into reality. These OKRs provide specific action items with particular goals and timelines. We have created a living document of these OKRs to keep us driven and committed in action, while flexible to the new things we learn along the way.
