Save the date for December 7th from 11 am – 1pm, when The Downtown Presbyterian Church will host its 99th Waffle Shop! This festive event is the perfect opportunity for our community to support a great cause! Tickets will be on sale beginning on November 2nd, and are $15.00 in advance or $20.00 at the door.
Each ticket includes waffles, a choice of Hattie B’s chicken or Puckett’s country bacon, and free guided tours of the church’s sanctuary – an Egyptian Revival landmark. Attendees can sip coffee provided by Frothy Monkey as they enjoy live music, bid on silent auction items (like a night at The Joseph Hotel!), and shop in the holiday gift shop. Thanks to the diligent work of Mary Skinner, Old Town Trolley will offer a shuttle to and from free off-site parking. There’s a lot to love about this annual tradition!
